1. Who We Are
This Privacy Policy explains how the Practice collects, uses, protects, retains, and shares personal information when you use themasterlee.com, purchase an offering, submit a form, or use a delivery or access page.
“Practice” means the business, brand, studio, and related service operation that owns, operates, or administers the Website and Offerings under the Master Lee name, together with its owners, personnel, contractors, and service providers acting on its behalf.
For questions about this policy or to exercise a privacy right, contact contact@themasterlee.com.

Information we do not collect directly
We do not intentionally collect or store full payment-card numbers or complete bank-account credentials. Payment information is processed by the payment provider used at checkout.
3. How We Use Information
We may use personal information to:
- process orders and payments;
- deliver services, digital products, files, and access links;
- provide Intake Forms and prepare service deliverables;
- send order confirmations, delivery notices, security messages, and customer-support responses;
- manage the mailing list and send brand updates, educational content, product announcements, and promotional offers;
- create, edit, and use anonymized, de-identified, aggregated, or otherwise altered summaries of client questions, situations, experiences, and outcomes for educational, editorial, promotional, advertising, social-media, and other business purposes;
- protect the Website, delivery systems, files, and the Practice from fraud, abuse, unauthorized distribution, and security threats;
- resolve disputes, chargebacks, refunds, and complaints;
- improve Website operations and offerings, generally using aggregated or non-identifiable information where practical; and
- comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
We may use Intake Form information for internal operations and for anonymized, de-identified, aggregated, or otherwise altered case summaries. We do not intentionally publish direct identifiers or identifiable details without appropriate consent.
4. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Those providers may collect and process payment information directly under their own privacy policies and terms. We receive order and payment-status information needed to confirm, deliver, support, refund, or defend a transaction.
For information about refunds, cancellations, and disputes, see the Terms of Service.
5. Data Sharing & Service Providers
We do not sell or rent personal information for another party’s independent marketing purposes.
We may disclose information to service providers supporting payment processing, Website operations, file storage and delivery, email communications, customer support, analytics, and form handling; professional advisers, insurers, or legal representatives where reasonably necessary to protect the Practice; courts, regulators, law enforcement, or other parties when required by law; parties involved in preventing fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or unauthorized distribution; and a successor or acquiring entity if the Practice, Website, or a related business asset is reorganized, sold, transferred, or merged.
We may add, replace, or discontinue service providers as operations develop. Providers may process information in the United States or other jurisdictions and may have their own privacy policies.
6. Marketing Communications
After a purchase, we may add the email address associated with the transaction to our mailing list for brand communications, educational content, product updates, new offerings, and promotional messages.
Marketing messages will identify the sender and include an unsubscribe method. You may also contact contact@themasterlee.com with “Unsubscribe” in the subject line. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages about payment, delivery, access, security, support, or an existing order.
7. Cookies & Analytics
The Website may use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, security, preferences, and aggregated analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect Website functionality.
If additional analytics, advertising, or tracking tools are introduced, this policy may be updated and any legally required controls or notices will be provided.
8. Data Retention
- Transaction records, Intake Form submissions, delivery confirmations, access records, and related communications may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for business operations, delivery, quality assurance, security, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal claims, and legal obligations.
- No fixed deletion period is promised. Records may be retained longer where required by law or reasonably necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
- Mailing-list data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion, subject to records that must be retained for legal or transactional purposes.
- Aggregated and non-identifiable analytics may be retained for longer periods.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of electronic transmission, storage, or delivery is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about the personal information we hold about you. You may also have rights to object to or restrict certain processing and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
Requests may be sent to contact@themasterlee.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required or reasonably necessary for legal, security, tax, or dispute-resolution purposes.
California residents
California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA and CPRA, including rights to know, access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain sale or sharing activities. We do not sell personal information as defined under those laws. Contact us to submit a request.
European Economic Area and United Kingdom residents
Where applicable, residents may have rights under the GDPR or UK GDPR, including access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The legal basis for processing may include contract performance, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the Practice, legal obligations, and consent where required.
11. Testimonials, Case Studies & Client Stories
We may create, edit, and use anonymized, de-identified, aggregated, or otherwise altered summaries of client questions, situations, experiences, and outcomes for educational, editorial, promotional, advertising, social-media, and other business purposes. The Practice may remove, generalize, or alter identifying details.
We will seek appropriate consent before using a full name, identifiable photograph, likeness, video appearance, or detailed personal story in a clearly identifiable way.
If you provide a testimonial, story, image, likeness, or other material specifically for possible publication, you grant the Practice a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to edit, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, and use that material for the purposes described above, subject to written limits agreed with you. Permission for identifiable use may be withdrawn for future use by contacting us; withdrawal does not necessarily require removal of materials already published or distributed.
12. Children’s Privacy
The Website and offerings are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
13. International Data Transfers
The Practice operates from the United States. Information may be processed in the United States or another country that may have different data-protection rules from your own. We use reasonable measures to handle information in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. The updated policy applies prospectively from its effective date.
